The last 4 seasons Thiago has played 42, 41, 32 and 42 games. He has been injured, but hardly always injured.

If he were always injured, Bayern would always lose. He is by far the best midfielder at the club and in the league.

    look at Thiago in 1BL
2013-2014 he only played 16 games out of a possible 34
2014-2015 he only played 7 games out of a possible 34
2015-2016 he only played 27 games out of a possible 34
2016-2017 he only played 27 games out of a possible 34
2017-2018 he only played 19 games out of a possible 34
2018-2019 he only played 30 games out of a possible 34

all other games are him being injured.

I quickly looked at Cup and CL. Look at CL, like half his CL season at Bayern are riddled with injuries.

His first 2 seasons were riddled with injuries, but he's been a key part of Bayern over the last 4 years, arguably THE key part.

    No Thiago, no party.

meanwhile look how big the squads are. Is it shocking these clubs don't integrate much anymore when your matchday squads are supposed to be 18 players?

I sometimes wonder about CHO and how much is trying to move to Bayern is him purposefully trying to force's Chelsea's hand to be even more of a regular and higher $$$? I mean complains about lack of game time but for an 17-18 year old, he played over 1000 min in all competition last season. What the heck is there to complain about? That's pretty good for someone his age. And now Hazard is gone and transfer ban, what's the point of coming to Germany? According to reports seems like Lampard is convincing him to stay and it's getting close to that.

and Bayern wanting him will just end up blocking OBM. He's a year older than OBM but plays similar positions. The young attacking player should be OBM that you integrate and Bayern should be getting someone more experienced instead. Spend that money on experience and youngsters from Academy to promote. Not buying young players with experience.

according to German reports over the last season, seems like KHR is very high on OBM and Hoeness also seems to like him as well.

and Hasan praised him when he signed him for pro contract.
"Oliver is very talented. We’re happy we’ve secured his services over the long term. He’s a fine footballer with a lot of pace and superb dribbling skills. Our goal is to help him improve."

Although that is typical Hasan he praises players only to want to buy players in same position and not far off ages, lol.
he's skipping U19 as it's not a challenge for him to play 3rd Liga next season

there were reports that this guy forced the move out. He told Schalke either he's part of the 1st team next season or he's out, lol.

We have exported 38 players in Holland. Not a small amount

So Holland is also a development league but mainly for German players I have that impression

a year later, still think he should never have signed. Mediocre coach. Thoughts @nekkibasara, I recall you were the one that states that no one will want to play for Bayern with him on board. That Bayern were headed for dark period with Kovac.

even Canada seems to play him at LB or LWB not always as LW.

  13. :D Yeah, try to tell a Dutch how to do things:ROFLMAO:
The key difference I think lies in the fact that no matter what club, amateur or pro, they all are engrained with the same philosophy, the Dutch heritage 4-3-3 and what comes with it.
The DFB had to deal with really conservative clubs that just relied on the hope that given the large pool of players there's always a couple of gifted ones you can use. So less a nurturing, but more a scavenge attitude. Given the whole interwoven infrastructure of Dutch clubs from amateurs up to the pro clubs the process of developing and selecting takes place up and down the pyramid.
As that didnot exist and takes decades to put in place, if possible anyway, the DFB had to go the top down approach.

I was really hoping to be wrong about him. Hopefully we manage to bring in a quality winger, but its not looking likely.

I don't expect much quality from wing unless they manage to get Sane otherwise, not a lot of options.

I think Kovac is a liar about Hummels. Also numerous reports over last season that Kovac and Hummels don't really like each other.

bullshit from Kovac, you don't pay $80M for a player for their to be competition. You pay that much money for a starter. It was always evident that the money spent on Hernandez/Pavard, especially Hernandez was going to bench someone or more like get them to leave. Hernandez is actually the 15th biggest transfer ever based on $$$.

I always wondered why are German players extremely cheap? Not a single German makes the top 50 transfers. Biggest German transfer ever was Ozil at £42.5 million. LOL how cheap our players are.

meanwhile Frankfurt lost their 2nd preseason 5-1 vs Swiss club of Young Boys. And Gaudino scored once on them as well.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

2 stepping stones in a row for Haller it seems. He really intends to only stay 2 season in 1BL before jumping ship.

and Rebic isn't far from leaving as well. Yikes at losing Jovic, Haller, Rebic potentially this Summer to outside Germany.
    Jovic=2 seasons in 1BL, Haller=2 seasons in 1BL, Rebic=3 season in 1BL

and so long to the overrated Diallo (who used Mainz to get to Dortmund and now leaving due to fear of competition, lol).

and there it is, Haller is out.

in 1 summer, Frankfurt get rid of 2/3 of their big players. Rebic (still linked with other clubs) is last one left.

The price of success, Frankfurt does well, the hawks come and get their players,
As long as Bundesliga is not financially competitive, a midtable EPL club like West Ham will have a chance to prize away the best stars of the Bundealiga

At least they don't have Bayern to blame

or the reality these players only come to Germany to use the league as a stepping stone......

a lot of these players have 0 real interest in the league.

another one who only stayed 2 seasons in Germany. Went to Mainz, then ditched them after 1 season to join Dortmund and now back in France. Makes his whole trip to Germany pointless.....

  22. Yeah, but if money is your only goal (going to WestHam=zero ambition), you might be smarter to make a move to China. They pay better than WestHam.
Who wants to be found dead at West Ham?

as RB continues to dump their German players, even more Frenchies.

Frenchie #5, pretty much more French players at RB Leipzig than Germany eligible ones.
Germany eligible: Klostermann, Halstenberg, Werner (how long will he last?), Demme.........Kampl and Orban are German duals but since they play for other countries aren't eligible.

it's funny given how the Frankfurt coach is foreign and vast majority of the team is foreign that they seem to speak in English instead of German to communicate.
