lol that Spanish bust Maffeo who Stuttgart payed a fortune to get has been dumped from the team until Summer for his bad work ethics.
Thorgan Hazard is on his way to Borussia Dortmund. That’s what he told @VTMNIEUWS: “I have a personal agreement with Borussia Dortmund. I have talked to them. It’s now between the clubs. Bayern held a draw vs Nürnberg so the lead over Dortmund is at 2 points with 3 games to go The promotion battle in 2BL getting more interesting. HSV continue to struggle as Paderborn move into 2nd place and Uniom Berlin hold a GD advantage over HSV for 3rd currently
Nürnberg linked with Austrian coach Damir Canadi https://www.90min.de/posts/6356233-...-nuernberg-beschaeftigt-sich-mit-damir-canadi
suddenly all German coaches suck and it's Austrian and Swiss focused interested, yikes to how far German football has fallen.
Austrian, Swiss and Dutch coaches have been an increasing presence in the BL in recent years. As better known German coaches like Klopp, Tuchel and even Roger Schmidt are now abroad. While it looks like the disappointment is with German coaches from 2BL being unable to find consistency in the first division like Tedesco and Herrlich. Also guys like Weinzierl who was considered good years ago now going downhill. The coaching structure for next season with the current clubs: Bayern: Kovac (Croatian-German) Dortmund: Favre (Swiss) RB Leipzig: Nagelsmann (German) Eintracht Frankfurt: Hütter (Austrian) Gladbach: Rose (German) Leverkusen: Bosz (Dutch) Hoffenheim: Schreuder (Dutch) Wolfsburg: Glasner (Austrian) Werder Bremen: Kohfeldt (German) Fortuna Düsseldorf: Funkel (German) Hertha: TBD Mainz: Schwarz (German) Freiburg: Streich (German) Augsburg: M.Schmidt (Swiss) Schalke: TBD Stuttgart: Willig (German) but likely TBD Nürnberg: TBD Hannover: Doll (German) but likely TBD
If Nürnberg sign Canadi then Schommers could remain as assistant again https://www.kicker.de/news/fussball...ser-kandidat---bleibt-schommers-trotzdem.html
Steven Zuber is out for the season https://www.ligainsider.de/mobile/steven-zuber_1800/regulaere-saison-ist-wohl-gelaufen-268696/

2BL coaches Dutt and Meyer are criticizing how 2BL coaches are being fired left and right. https://www.kicker.de/news/fussball...nen-trainer-mehr-in-zukunft.html#omsmtwkicker
lol Augsburg willing to spend $8M for Oxford. https://www.skysports.com/football/...-reece-oxford-nearing-permanent-augsburg-move shows the low standards of these clubs and willing to spend fortunes on meh players. He was average for Glabach last season and a disaster in every game he started for Augsburg this season on loan. how about just integrating F.Gotze and Stanic for real instead and no need to spend a fortune on overrated players.
So hopefully Frankfurt can get a first leg lead tonight, going to be tough but Chelsea have defensive issues with injuries etc so that might help. Would be great to see a BL side make the final. The fact Frankfurt have combined a deep run in this competition with their best domestic campaign in many years is a fantastic effort.
HSV struggles continue What is the point of promotion when Hannes Wolf is your head coach? We'll just finish bottom. It's not like they would have the balls to fire him in the summer even if we manage to finish 2nd now. He'd get a contract extension instead.— HSV News English (@HSVnewsEN) April 28, 2019
The official Bundesliga website seems to be very restrictive about giving assists...they didn’t give Neuhaus credit for yesterday’s goal that Ginter scored...few match days back Neuhaus had another assist which wasn’t given to him due to a slight deflection by an opponent player... More surprisingly today I am seeing Brandt didn’t get the assist credit for the Aranguiz goal...can’t understand why
they aren't the only ones, most sites take away assists the moment there is the slightest deflection.
