The source said Tuesday that number will soon increase, with LAFC expected to sign Portuguese midfielder Andre Horta before the start of the season and set to ink several preseason trialists to MLS deals this week. The source told MLSsoccer.com that, if signed, Horta will be LAFC’s third Designated Player. Further details of the potential transfer aren't yet known.

At the Los Angeles Football Club inaugural kit event on Saturday in Los Angeles, the entire team showed up to be introduced to the supporters in attendance as part of the festivities.
