If we get first place, we play in ST Petersberg
I wish I shared your optimism. I have this huge feeling we won’t make it out of the group personally. But I digress.
You didn't digress.
I’m getting my Mexican passport in addition to US. These rising tensions make it seem like a good insurance policy just in case you need consular assistance or one passport gets lost. Thoughts ?
Teach me for Qatar man
Let em know milk..
I 2nd this..
Lead the way @Y tu mama tambien ...
But I'm pretty sure I'm not going to Qatar. Seems like it would suck.... but who knows...
Absolutely, I did as well. Doesn't hurt a thing. Opens more doors globally
What was the process like?? Both my parents have now been naturalized, would that be a problem?
I think the possibility to drive to every stadium within an hour of Doha is really enticing. If they end up having the cruise ships dock as mock hotels those are going to be some absolute ratchet nights. It'll honestly be the only reason I'd go to Qatar so why not?!?
I was born in Mexico so it was real easy. Not sure what the process is if you were born in USA.
The world cup should not be played under such weather conditions in December.
Plus you shouldn't reward Qatar for bribing FIFA.
And the slave labor the use.
Don't think that is an issue. First you have to get your Mexican birth certificate (assuming you were born in US), for that you make appointment with consulate. You need to take both parents original birth certificates, marriage license, 2 additional witnesses, and your long version birth certificate. Take a couple copies of each as well, as they will keep some originals and some copies.
Once you get your Mexican birth certificate, you make another appointment to get your Mexican Visa with your birth certificate
Most likely you may not have enough time for everything before WC
Another benefit of Mexican passport is if you go to say Cancun you can skip the long lines for foreigners at immigration.
Daaaanng. i think i'd need until 2022 to get all of those documents. I don't think i've ever seen either of my parent's birth certificates. Don't know if they've even got one, both were born in el rancho. Marriage license would be tough to track down too.
Bruh, we're going to Russia... that's already endorsing bribery. Nobody else has just been caught with their hand in the cookie jar so bad.
I agree with the weather thing though, but I think we could get a higher level of play with players not having just been through a 50 game season. Not to mention it'd be easier on PTO with the Christmas days already a given.
Lulz no mames.
Russia also bribed used slave labor and what about their homophobia?
How about Brazil's debacle? Many country's have used bribes including the US.
JUST GOT A TEXT FROM DHL!!!

Where you at?
Atlanta! It sucks though, cause I travel every week so I won't get to open them up until Thursday.
Did you get your tickets delivered?
Anyone else get tickets yet?
I’m more worried about the Fan ID. Seems it’s been stuck in customs since May 1st.
