Unless they are unveiling them this week, something is starting to feel off. The other two Adidas national teams in the Confeds have new jerseys so it would make sense for Mexico to get new ones as well, but those other two were officially announced and released awhile ago. It also wouldn't make sense to have new ones because we didn't get new ones four years ago and the current green shirt is just a year old. Also, looking back at the TSC post, they really emphasize that the pictures are of prototypes and not 100% sure to be the final design.
Yeah it does seem weird, unless they are doing what they do with Liga MX. You notice how they release all the Euro designs for next season at the end of this one? Some teams even wear them on the last match day. They do that so fans can have the new shirts ready for next season but in Mexico they release right before the season starts to cut down on pirating. That's the only reason I can really think of.
since everyone asks about the minejerseys shirts, yet no one wants to order them, i went for it and bought this http://www.ebay.com/itm/28231113961...49&var=581402133010&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT although it is not directly through minejerseys, it's probably the same quality shirt; the improved quality of knockoffs isn't anything new or exclusive to a single webpage. at first glance, the quality is .... surprisingly good. there will be some slight variations that aren't super evident or that only people who try to look for them will find, but my first impression is that it's of great quality. now i need to see how it holds up to wearing and washing
