wow. that's even worse than those uniforms adidas had last year that the shorts faded from the waist to the hem.
It really seems like adidas and Nike make boat loads of money either way and have just stopped trying for years, but it gets progressively worse each year. One of my all time favorites
since you posted a picture with a champions jersey, it reminds me of another gripe - not only are adidas and nike fairly uninspired, they're making the market more and more homogeneous, with adidas buying out reebok and nike buying out umbro, and taking some assets with them, like the england NT before selling them. they have a bigger market share and have gone from cookie cutter, to simple, to meh, to recycling old designs, to WTF to uninspired.
