El Real Madrid es el club más grande por noches como la de hoy. Equipo y afición, todos a una. ¡HALA MADRID! 💪💪🍍🍍 pic.twitter.com/4bI9gYLxe8— Lucas Vázquez (@Lucasvazquez91) February 14, 2018
La liga clubs now won 9 of the last 15 Europa Cups, which is six of the last 10. La Liga also won 7 out of the last 10 Champions league. Actually, 5 straight titles. In the last 5 years, La Liga won 9 out of 10 possible European trophies(Europa + CL). The Super Cup is more impressive. La Liga won 9 of the last 10(including the next one)
While rewatching hghlights of old CL Finals, I discovered that Roberto Carlos' long throw ins resulted in two of the goals. I never noticed that aspect of his game. Meanwhile, I spotted this ad while research "Roberto Carlos" and "throw in" on youtube.
The Real Madrid forum officially surpassed the Manchester United forum as the club forum with the most posts on Bigsoccer. Hala Madrid!
I also noticed this last year when i was rewatching CL finals 98-2002. We were clearly working on throw-ins as through balls since there is no offside rule for them and Carlos could throw them well. Generally i was amazed to see how influencial Carlos was in those finals. He had a significant role in almost every goal scored in those three matches.
This article from the New York times about 3 back to back CLs is such an awesome read. I had to post it here. Here's a taster: www.nytimes.com/2018/05/26/sports/champions-league-real-madrid-liverpool.amp.html Even though this coming summer, a lot of the players we remember from that legendary team will no longer be with us, it was one of the fondest football/soccer memories for many of us. And we will never forget that.
Xabi Alonso has won his first trophy as a head coach. (how old are you feeling now?)His Real Madrid Under-13 side won 22 games, drew one, lost none, scoring 142 goals and conceding 12. pic.twitter.com/Mn4s69sq0h— Artur Petrosyan (@arturpetrosyan) March 28, 2019 This man will coach the first team one day. Loads of charisma. High football IQ. Puro Madridismo

The marketing and media department are working overtime right now. Don't really know or care for any of those artists, but interesting...
I am reading Maradona's auto-biography.. I had almost decided against buying the book considering he was ex-barca.. but wow..was pleasantly surprised he admitted he was "..more madrid".. and his time at barca is a fascinating read..
Nice piece by Kiyan Sobhani about Raul's time at Schalke, with interviews of Felix Magath and Julian Draxler: https://www.managingmadrid.com/2019/9/4/20849007/raul-gonzalezs-legacy-extends-beyond-real-madrid
An interesting read on the man who will be leading Real's global marketing and brand outreach: https://www.forbes.com/sites/karlmo...g-sports-marketing-global-at-real-madrid/amp/

Has anyone managed to find the ‘At the Heart of’ documentary with English subs for the 2018 final yet?
6;32 Marcelo and Ronaldo at each other 6:44 "they can potentially be teammates if the rumor is to be believed"
