Spurs take their clown car to the south coast following the worst home defeat in club history vs. Bayern on Tuesday. All kinds of stories are swirling around about player disharmony and players wanting out of the club. This looks a lot like Chelsea during the last days of Mourinho with the players having tuned out the manager. The only good news I can see going into this game is the fact that Serge "Toast" Aurier is suspended.

Too give you an idea of how far we have fallen, the English bookies are giving even odds for a Spurs win and only 3-1 for a Brighton win and this with the Seagulls only having won once this season.

Shambolic and yet not a remotely surprising score line at the half.

Three shots on goal to Brighton’s three goals. Aside from a ten minute spell of slight pressure in the second half it was perhaps the most worst game under Pochettino.

Maybe a little hyperbolic, but Spurs might struggle to finish in the top half.

Glad I didn't wake up early for this one. Came in at minute 77 and the lads didn't seem to be putting in much effort. Anyone who said this stretch of 7 games in 21 days would be important was correct.

Just when you think it couldn’t get worse... yeah it’s worse. Besides losing Loris the lack of performance from these CL finalists after the embarrassing 7-2 just reveals the extent to which Poch has lost this team. No mentality at all which has been an ongoing theme EVERY game. They look weak, uninterested, unmotivated and clearly not coached properly. Nobody even bothers to close anybody down and stop shots. WTF kind of defensive shite is this?

It’s ridiculous they couldn’t even come out and make a statement at Brighton of all places. It’s like Robbie Mustoe said there has to be a reaction, throw cups, the hairdryer whatever to get a reaction. Perhaps the manager is as disinterested as the players, he sowed the seeds of discontent right after the CL. Perhaps he thought he would implode the team to spite Levy? A team with this talent shouldn’t be going out to Colchester, losing 7-2 at home, blowing 2-0 leads and losing 3-0 to Brighton. This kind of coaching is complete shite.

It’s clear Poch is a dead man walking... why prolong the inevitable? It’s been a good 5 years, thanks for the excitement but at the end of the day your team lacks the cutting edge mentality to win anything. Not good enough, you can now ride off into the sunset back to Spain or wherever. ADIOS!

I dont disagree with anything you said. Top 4 is still within reach... and a reaction needs to be had before its too late.

At what point does Poch get fired or step down? in your opinion.. Not sure how much longer this can continue

The players were an absolute disgrace, no intensity, no reaction, nothing. We were overrun by a team that had only won 4 of its last 30 games in the league, that had scored 1 goal in its last 5 games, that averages 1 shot every 30 minutes.

I saw a team that has given up on the manager. Unfortunately, we can't get rid of the lot of them (although I would like to very much), so the manager has to go, we are beyond the point of any return.

    What a shambles.

All that needed to be said, sadly.
