Pretty much what I expected. There are a couple players that I truly question why they are being called up but that’s with every coach. Nice to see Hernanes getting a call-up again. Not really sure why Julio Cesar continues to be picked. He has let in a ridiculous amount of goals the last couple weeks. R10 continues strong and Kaka not this time so based on what I have read about this. The Brazil-Mexico game impressed Mano a lot and most likely this will be the base for this team. Now vamos jogar bola caralho!!!

Questionable call ups of David Luiz ,Elias and Ronaldinho continues.Jonas is atleast playing well for Valencia.
I was hoping Oscar or Kaka will be called up instead of Ronaldinho. With Ronaldinho and Ganso in, Oscar is the one who missed the bus.Looking at the current call up ,I think Hernanes will not be given a starting spot ..it really sucks!
Is there any reason for Maicon's omission?

Elias and Ronaldinho are questionable call ups; It beyond me why they continue to get caps.. David Luiz is understandable cause he has done decent for us.

Since Mano is saying that he's going to base the core of the team around the Mexico game, well Ronaldinho should remain since he had a good game. I don’t agree with it but that's Mano for you. The Elias call-up must be a Corinthians thing. I thought I would never hear his name after the Copa America.

Five laterais/full backs is a little odd - perhaps someone is covering another position. Snow permitting (!) I will be in St. Gallen so am particularly disappointed Kaka is not in the squad. RG - well, my view is well known there - the mother of all mistakes is this continued experiment. Willian's omission is odd (assuming he is not injured)

What does william, douglas costa and luiz adriano need to do to get called up... move back to brazil or to another league... they have been playing great for the best team in Ukraine they earned their call up

    Cadê Kaká!?

The more I think about it, the more upset I get. If he's not in the convocação for the next friendly, i will lose the little faith I still have left for Mano.

    Also, Hernanes better start.

I'm confused now. Zero defensive midfielders and 5 fullbacks. WTF is this?

Sandro is there and adriano can also play there... dani alves and marcelo will be the starting fullbacks and danilo and alex are the future and are there to learn from them

ronaldinho, elias, julio cesar, jonas are the ones i dont agree with

From Mano: "I don't have an explanation for all the players who didn't make the squad," Menezes said.
"I really respect Kaká but this is a matter of an opinion. Perhaps his recent performances didn't convince me."

OK, I'm officially done with Mano. Ganso wouldn't even dress for a Real Madrid game, let alone start most and play every game. But he calls up Adriano, Danilo and others who haven't proved shit on the field yet. Everything that comes out of his mouth seems either contradicting or complete bullshit.

So a good DEDICATED, professional is perhaps off form and does not get selected; a former decent player (some say great) is acting like a sheriff in a small town at Flamengo (doing what he wants and getting a DEDICATED tecnico sacked) and does get picked.

I do not usually subscribe to the change tecnico every day that is the madness of Brazilian football, but this time............
