I was never much of a Tyson Fury fan before last night. Was hoping Wilder would win, tbh.
But I have to admit I thought Fury won the fight and the guy has won me over. He may be bonkers but it's a good kind of bonkers.

How he got up in the 12 shows this man is cut from different cloth. He said he did it for the people who fight mental illness, there was no way he was staying down, His eyes had rolled, he was out cold but he didnt just get up of the canvas, he looked like someone lifted him off it. Perhaps there is a God ;) and he then went on to win the remainder of the round and had Wilder on his feet.

So many write him off but he proved last night he is the best of his generation. What can you say other than the typical corruption is still alive. The Mexican and the British shit bag judges ruined an heroic sorting occasion.

Really hope Rocky Fielding can give a good account of himself tonight against Canelo. Down to earth guy who now has become a millionaire and set his family up for life, well deserved for the hard work he put in and now 31. It would be one of the biggest upsets in boxing history if he wins but he has a huge height advantage and he has got power behind him.

What do people.thjnknof Usyk? The best CW since Holyfield imo. I reckon he's a real sleeper and could give the big 3 problems. Im so grateful the HW division is back, being a 90's kid I took it for granted. There is nothing like seeing to 18 stone giants going at it, but for the past 15 years we've been subject to fighters like John Ruiz, I kinda feel bad for the Klitscho's they really had meagre opponents in their prime. Then again they could have always fought each other in one of the biggest fights in boxing history and the choose not to do it, I understand why and I agree and accept it but it leaves them both with boring and underwhelming legacies, I wouldn't be surprised to see Wladamir come back, a retirement is the perfect way to 'recuperate'.

Usyk isn't a natural heavyweight. He'd have issues.

If yous get a chance to watch Fowler Fitzgerald...do it. Fight of the year contender. So happy to see Fitzgerald, a massive underdog humble the social media warrior. Both are very good fighters and it was a war with an incredible last couple of rounds.

Beloved Boxing Voice Harold Lederman Dies At Age 79
    - ESPN
    http://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/26725075/beloved-boxing-voice-lederman-dies-age-79

Harold Lederman, the International Boxing Hall of Famer who devoted his life to the sport and became one of its beloved figures as HBO's longtime unofficial judge, died Saturday at a hospice care center in New City, New York, after a long battle with cancer. He was 79.

Lederman, a Bronx native, began working as a professional judge in the late 1960s, and judged more than 100 world title fights on six continents. Among the most famous fights Lederman worked as an official judge were Muhammad Ali-Ken Norton III. In 1986, HBO Sports executive producer Ross Greenburg hired Lederman to give his unofficial scores and go over the rules on its boxing telecasts, where he brought unbridled enthusiasm to the role.

Lederman retired as an active judge in 1999, but he remained with HBO, where he became something of an ambassador for the sport, drawing crowds of boxing fans whenever he would be at a fight. He would take pictures, sign autographs and talk boxing for hours with fans, who came to appreciate his authoritative scoring on many of boxing biggest fights, as well as his unmistakable high-pitched and distinctive voice when giving his scores, commentary and prefight rules.

In all, Lederman scored more than 1,000 fights at HBO. Despite his illness, Lederman was there to the end even though he was unable to travel for the final several events and worked from a studio.

Wilder acting very confident for a man coming of a loss. Would like to see Breazeale shut him up.
