It’s almost impossible to pick a team, but Klopp definitely has to keep one eye on Salzburg. Saturday to Tuesday is a quick turnaround, and we have to travel to Austria. For the first time all season, a bad result in Europe would be worse than a bad result in the league.

Milner might start at fullback to rest Trent or Robbo. You could then bring on the other one at 60 minutes and have Milner switch sides. Lovren can’t play every game, so Gomez has a chance to start as well.

Henderson, Ox, and Keita are the fresh midfielders. He could do a full rotation there.

Salah and Bobby should come back in. Does Mane get a rest? Is Mane human? Maybe Origi or Shaq get another start, but maybe Mane just plays every game and continues to be the best player on the pitch.

Oxlade will prob play Tuesday, so sub tomorrow. I think Tuesday's midfield is going to be Gini, Hendo, Ox. Maybe Keita plays v Bournemouth

maybe Mane is rested tomorrow. Of course, this is all guesswork.... I've no idea what Jurgen is thinking....

I remember last season, Bournemouth was on a good run when we headed down there. Then Salah ripped them a new one and they went on a bit of a tailspin.

This season, they're currently on a 4 game losing streak. They've lost at Palace, Tottenham and Newcastle; and they've lost to Wolves at home. All since beating Ole (the Elf One). Other notable embarrassments include scoreless draws with Watford and Norwich (at home) and a loss to Arsenal. They also lost to Burton in the League Cup.

Kill them, don't make us sweat.

Previously, Liverpool would be the team to snap a team out of its slump. Not anymore.

    Go redmen.

Records of Bournemouth against Liverpool is terrible. Plus they are on a streak of losing games. So I wouldn't worry about Bourthmouth.

You can draw this game and still be okay. City and Leicaster are way behind Liverpool anyways.

BUT if you draw the game in CL against the little red brother Red Bull, it bad. Because it embarrassing as a "defending champions Liverpool" and get knock out of the group stage and have to join the Europa league.

    Yeah No. It embarrassing.

I say Klopp should have the full first team for the CL on the 10th.

Anyhoo, I think Liverpool will win both matches.

A draw is no problem against red bull. We are through if we don't lose.

Agreed, but he didn’t even make the bench. Two kids on the bench.

Gomez really struggled last time at right back, and I don’t love Ox in the front 3. Hoping for an impressive performance from Keita.

Keita and Gomez better look at the performances of the bench players in the Everton game and realize they better put a serious shift in.

What does Brewster think about that? He was supposedly promised his chance.

you still need to perform to show you deserve those chances. So far he’s been anonymous the few times he’s played. And then we know nothing about the goings on in training
