^ Several teams with high coefficients got eliminated which should make getting to the group-stage relatively routine for the clubs from the top UEFA leagues. Namely, Sevilla, Liverpool and Napoli.

    Europa League:

    - Both Scottish teams failed to reach the playoff qualifying round. Yikes!
    - Bordeaux eliminated by Videoton FC

Athletic playing a bit later in Basque trying to protect a 1-1 aggregate (away goal) lead.

Maybe he wanted to take it. In Germany mostly not the coaches determine who shoots but the players themselves. Don't know if it's different in Spain, though.

If a goalkeeper is taking one of the first five shots during a penalty shootout then it must be a Super Cup/friendly type of game.

In general some of the players they buy are more marketable so they have more value when they sell them. James, Bale ... but the amount they got for Danilo and and Morata is absurd. Barca got decent money for Alexis who was a higher profile player. But they will get shit for somebody like Arda.

It's sad isn't it! If they were smart they'd play Arda as if he's a important part of the team in a show and then listen to offers. Not bench him! Shame they couldn't offload Arda to China or Shitmes to whatever clubs who offered 35-45m€ early summer.

My god Pogba is bad.. how much they regret that purchase.

Casemiro scores an offside goal for LPB. What else! Where is the VAR?

Arda was hurt for much of the season last year no ? But yeah, using him more would increase his value. China would be good money, but the Government is cracking down on crazy spending there, so that market may soon disappear.

Never saw the big deal with Pogba. Yeah he could score some scorchers, but he is so inconsistent whenever I've watched him play. I can't really figure out what his position is supposed to be.

So they have a ridiculous cooling break for the health of the players but don't give a shit about Fairplay (VAR)!

Yes he was but don't understand why he wasn't played more in the pre season. He was benched even against Chape. Look at Kovacic, he'll play tonight, increase value and then shipped out.

Wow I don't know if LPB is extremely good or United just being piss poor.

Well Pogba and Lukaku sure stink! What a miss! And above all, it's clear that Mourinho is a has been. [emoji23]

ManU pull one back! Well if Lukaku would have missed that one.. [emoji55]
