I would imagine that first step towards educating yourself is reading the source material which is IFAB, and not power point presentation. Secondly, next step is going to a Seminar to learn proper context. You have done nothing of that, which is clear from your incoherent, apologetic rhetoric.

For example, under the rules as per law of the game Neymars intentional kicking of Marquinhos is a red card and Neymar experiencing fouls does not exempt him from that. So, it seems that your "argument" is not backed by the official rules but your own imagination to fit your narrative.

I assume you didn't take your morning dump yet as I see so much tension in your post. Ask yourself, is the power point presentation (which you assumed was the source) was different than IFAB? No, it's copied word by word, which means you didn't read the rules I posted and you didn't read the rules in the IFAB site.
