Grande Boca! I was a bit nervous after they gave up that goal on awful defending, but I guess it was never really much in doubt. It seems that every time I'm ready to come on here and bash Perez in the middle of a game, he does something. He was awful before the goal....sooooo many giveaways. I really don't like him in the team anymore.
Tevez is great! What he was developing with Gago, Lodeiro, & Pavon would have been unstoppable, I think. It's too bad!

 

Let's return to the real focus this year. Boca travel to Uruguay to take on Nacional!

Last time we played them in Libertadores was in 2013 where the teams traded 1-0 road wins in the group stage. Pretty much ancient history now I guess. Once again it would be nice to at least get a road goal to hold over them. Having Peruzzi back is nice.

 

This game is so boring they decided to set off a bunch of fireworks apparently. WTF???

This team always loses concentration after scoring. That was a horrible corner taken by Nacional but then completely lose coverage and concede anyway.
