With the Hammers seemingly out of the playoff picture, what's next for the Hammers as they close out the 2017 season?
They have been poor this summer It comes down to coaching. Many personnel decisions - subs, starters, etc - don't make any sense. Add to that, the fact that the team doesn't look like that it has any sort of cohesive attacking plan. If a wider player gets the ball, he runs to the endline and crosses it, a center mid tries to play a thru ball to the CF. Rarely do attacks build up with coordinated movements and ideas. For a team that trains 3-4x a week, they should be better going forward.
I thought the hiring of Wulf Koch was a step in the right direction for the Hammers. Very surprised by the results at season's end.
