We hope you enjoy the expanded BigSoccer Live section on the HP. We are finalizing the server busy issues as we speak.
Cool stuff, Huss. If you want to make it even neater, some type of automatic refresh feature would be a great addition to BigSoccerLive.
No, thanks. That's why auto-refresh would be a cool addition (perhaps as a feature for premium members? )
i wholeheartedly agree a personal wish is that they would say what forum they were in though, instead of who posted it... but i'm not sure if enough people would feel the same way -jim
I don't know if this is practical, but it would be nice to have last post arrows along with Big Soccer Live. For instance, Noah Dahl's latest post in the "Freddie Adu Redux" thread shows up on Big Soccer Live, but when I click on the link, I'm sent to page 1 of the thread and not to Noah's post on pg. 2. So if you're going to have the poster's name included in Big Soccer Live, it would be nice to be able to go directly to that post. Otherwise, it would make more sense to drop the poster's name and put in the forum's name as jmeissen suggests.
Huss, thanks for bringing back BS Live -- and with an autofresh. (*bows deeply and removes WC 2002 hat*) I agree with the above. I think it's best to go directly to the new post if the poster's name is listed. Sometimes I click on something because of the thread title and sometimes the poster, though most often it's the combination of the two that catches my attention. I think the subject of the thread is enough of an indication of what forum it will be in. I prefer it the way it is.
i gotta love the new bs live! suggestions: 1. add the forum along with the poster's name. 2. add the last post arrow. that's a great idea! thanks for the auto refresh feature. i've been wanting that for a long long time.
bump any response on putting the forum a thread is in along with the title of the thread? i could care less about who made the last post... that pretty much has nothing to do with why i would visit a thread but it is annoying to go into a thread that has a generic mls topic name, and then receive heat for posting in a forum that "doesn't" pertain to you
