BigSoccer Ligue 1 Fantasy Football League 2008/09 - Results and Standings

(I think) The way vacant teams work is that they get 2 times the number of goals the team scored that week. So if vacant Valenciennes scores a goal Saturday, they get 2 goals for our competition etc. . I believe this is also the way that points are awarded for "our" teams if we forget to turn in our predictions.

I was wondering the same question as I'm about to do them, though my thinking is I will simply score the Nice (Friedel'sAccent) entry and put a ? as to what Grenoble will score, which would leave Nice (Friedel'sAccent) with one game less played in the meanwhile, which I will mention in the standings, like in bold.

Hey everybody,

Now that I have been able to take a look at everything and the Nice-Grenoble match of the previous week has been rescheduled to this Wednesday, I think it'd be best to wait for that to complete. It would make things easier, or else we'd have a week based on only 9 matches, which is not too bad, though considering that the game is now less than 3 days away, I think it'd be best to do all the results then.

I want to thank everybody in terms of being very understanding with me, although I think, in the interest of avoiding a slowing or apathy in the competition, if I'm not able to get the table in after Wednesday night, then any of you would be more than welcome to give me a big help. I do expect, though, that not long after Nice-Grenoble completes, two tables will be seen here by the end of that day.

 

Also, if anyone wants to update their pick ahead of Nice-Grenoble, I think that's doable and fair.
