You pick the results for each week. Your game is against whoever is controlling your team's real-life opponent. You get one point for a correct result and two points for an exact scoreline. At the end of each weekend results are tabulated and a table formed. All you have to do is put your predictions in this thread before the start of the first match each weekend.

A reminder, to myself as much as anybody, that the season kicks off at 3 PM Eastern here in the States, on this Saturday, with all matches except Lyon-Toulouse, which is the day after.

I dont have a good feeling about Nice at all. I think they will be awfull but we'll see. I wouldnt mind taking Rennes actually if they're available now, if not I'll stick with Nice.

Good luck everybody. EDIT: One more rules clarification - if you don't submit or submit late, your score is double the number of goals your team scores that week. You won't usually win with that unless you're playing a vacant team, but it does give you a chance and makes it so that forgetting once or twice won't ruin your hopes for the title. I believe that in the past, vacant teams have scored double their goals for any week. i.e. if Le Mans score 2 this week, mamitchell would have to predict five games correctly to beat them. This is done so that playing a vacant team does not become an automatic win.

Last year was no good because there weren't enough players to make it worth the while, in my opinion. Also, timely updates on the standings and results were good for keeping everybody interested.
