    These are the statistics updated as of today (16 November 2016) regarding the goals scored and conceded by European clubs in domestic matches this season.
    I've considered the 1st level leagues of England, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain.

    Who scored and conceded the most
    The top scoring team in Europe is Monaco (France), with an average of 3 goals per match (36 in 12 games).
    The team who conceded the most is Werder Bremen (Germany), with 2,70 goals per match (27 in 10 games).
    The most prolific teams in the first half are Real Madrid (Spain) and Liverpool (England) with an average of 1,55 (17 goals in 11 games).
    The best team in the second half is again Monaco, with 1,83 (22 in 12 games).
    The team who conceded the most in the first half is Werder Bremen, with 1,3 (13 in 10 matches), and in the second half is Hamburger SV (Germany) with 1,8 (18 in 10 games).

    Who scored and conceded the least
    The worst scoring team in Europe until now is Hamburger SV (Germany), with an average of 0,40 goals per match (4 in 10 games).
    The teams who conceded the least are Porto and Benfica (Portugal), with 0,50 goals per match (5 in 10 games).
    The least prolific team in the first half is Saint-Étienne (France), with 1 goal in 12 matches.
    The worst team in the second half is Marítimo (Portugal), with 1 goal in 10 games.
    Benfica (Portugal) never conceded a goal in the first half, while Porto (Portugal) conceded 1 in 10 games in the second half.

    The top scoring team in Europe is Barcelona (Spain), with an average of 3,05 goals per match (116 in 38 games).
    The team who conceded the most is Osasuna (Spain), with 2,47 goals per match (94 in 38 games).
    The most prolific team in the first half is Real Madrid (Spain) with an average of 1,42 (54 goals in 38 games).
    The best team in the second half is again Barcelona, with 1,89 (72 in 38 games).
    The team who conceded the most in the first half is Osasuna, with 1,11 (42 in 38 matches)
    The teams who conceded the most in the second half are Osasuna and Hamburger SV (Germany) with 1,37 (52 in 38 games).
    The team who scored the most at home is Barcelona, with 3,37 (64 in 19 games).
    The team who scored the most away is Real Madrid, with 3,05 (58 in 19 games).
    The team who conceded the most at home is Osasuna, with 2,05 (39 in 19 games).
    The team who conceded the most away is Osasuna, with 2,89 (55 in 19 games).
