Only watched this game, should of scored though (was better in the first half, game was over in the second with players thinking of the CL or the next opponents).
He was fantastic last weekend. Sure, he flubbed his late scoring chance, but legitimately could/should have had three assists in the first half alone including the play in the video on the previous page.
when he charges up the middle something always happens. He's now starting to get the shooting confidence back that he used to have before he was anchored to the wing.
He is presently the best Portuguese player playing today and one of the best in the world. Dynamic player.
I agree. Probably sacrilegious to say this but everything about his playing style screams "Portuguese Messi". His off the ball movement, his dribbling, his passes, his left footed shots from the top of the box that make soccer look like the easiest sport in the world, and the faltering with the NT while excelling with club... ;-).

What a beast this man is! Kdb going down injured was a blessing in disguise. If I recall, the season where kdb was injured and bernardo played with David silva all season was very dominant by city as well Portugal has to stop playing him as a winger. He’s our best midfielder
Another great game today in CM. Honestly he needs to play with Bruno Fernandes in the middle along with Danilo/Willian/Palinha/Neves He almost plays a box to box role at times... I can see Santos going with a midfield 4 and Ronaldo + Felix/Jota up front, Bernardo in a free role, Bruno Fernandes with someone else in the midde, and then Danilo/Palhina in behind.
Its just so obvious. He is Portugals best midfielder, yet plays on the wing in a position he is nothing special at due to his lack of pace. Makes no sense since we have plenty of capable wingers
He was sensational today in centre midfield, he dunked all over Fabinho and Henderson. Really has regained the from he had a couple seasons back.
