Depends. In some ways, it's all semantics. From reading a bit on the process, it's probably not the right word, but usually it doesn't have any real impact. For FIFA, it would only matter if he wanted to represent Poland at some point.
It's the term that the USCIS uses when discussing children of US citizens born abroad so I believe it's correct.
It's true they do, though it isn't necessarily the common usage. We usually bristle at the suggestion that the US's German-Americans, for example, are "naturalized." Normally, we use it the term indicate that someone who did not have a right to citizenship without taking some action beyond simply filling out a form requested citizenship. We mostly associate naturalized US citizens having to go through the application process, background check, testing and oath of allegiance. It's semantics, but almost any child of a US citizen born abroad is technically "naturalized."
Actually, it depends on the situation, if the parents have spent a certain period of time physically living in the U.S., and when the child was born to determine which laws are relevant, but a child born in wedlock to a U.S. citizen at birth is almost always automatically a Citizen at birth and thus not naturalized. It also applies for children born out of wedlock if certain conditions are met. If you are a citizen at birth, you are not naturalized. You were automatically a citizen at birth. https://travel.state.gov/content/tr...s-policies/citizenship-child-born-abroad.html
Three of my kids have Consular Reports of Birth Abroad as their birth certificates. Like John McCain, they would be qualified to run for president (although only the youngest would even have a snowball's chance in hell of winning ).
Could not disagree more. And I will shed a tear tonight for the thought that you have missed out on the best in life.
Patrice Sousia🇨🇲 and Ben Lederman🇺🇸 returned back in blaugrana tonight for Juvenil A in a friendly against Catalonia U18 (2-0 win)! pic.twitter.com/YIqQyIEsqW— La Masia (@Youngcules) February 1, 2017
The above was a friendly with a mix of Juvenil A and B players. Lederman started on the bench and came on in the second half. It was his first action with Barça since his return. Today Juvenil B played (0 - 3 win over Espanyol) and Ben didn't feature. I'm not sure if he is regaining match fitness, playing up with Juvenil A, or something else. Juvenil A also played today (another 3 - 0 win) and Lederman did not feature as a starter or sub in that one either. Unfotunately, Masia match reports don't list unused subs.
Ben was a '79 minute sub in a 2 - 2 draw with Lleida Esportiu for Juvenil B. This is the first account I have seen of him playing in a competitive match since his return to Barcelona, although it is possible I have missed something.
And next up for his Juvenil B is participation in the Mediterranean International Cup 11 - 16 April. Barça is in Group E with Weston FC.
Ben was a 82 min sub in a 1 - 1 draw with Gimnástic de Tarragona. Barça scred the equalizer in the 89th minute.

861002577093304321 is not a valid tweet id Is this Ben Lederman's first goal after he re-join Juvenil B?
Here's the write up from the referenced match. The azulgrana were the protagonists of the first 45 minutes. Without creating dangerous situations, all that lacked was finishing plays and scoring chances. The players of Juvenil B did not give up at any time and were faithful to the style of superior possession and team play. After the half, Barça continued it's monopoly of the ball and a goal was just a matter of time. The minutes passed and the marker did not move, but the magic of football along with the 'killer' quality of Ben, appeared in the last minute of play to advance the azulgrana on the scoreboard.
