I believe there are no BPFL games this weekend because of Tropical Storm Matthew (however I have not confirmed that yet).
I agree. I think the Belize team could be destined for big things. I can definitely see them qualifying for their first Gold Cup next year and then, who knows. Possibly a contender for World Cup qualification by 2018?
Today, Internet television webcast on KREM (krembz.com)... Griga United at F.C. Belize at MCC Grounds 6:00 PM Eastern time; 3:00 PM Pacific; 4:00 PM Local http://www.ustream.tv/channel/krem-radio-tv-live
It was fun watching the game on the 'net. F.C. Belize defeated Griga United, 1-0. Congrats to KREM for their television/radio/internet simulcast!

Fulltime: Guatemala 4-2 Belize Belize played very well..unfortunately Ian Gayner recieved 2 yellows which made it a strain for Belize to play the way they did in the 1st half also in the 2nd. Elroy Smith of Savio played the entire game and so did, Elroy Kuylen and Harrison Rochez of Platense...glad to see them start Too bad Orio and McCauley weren't there

Yea yea yea but did you actually get Belize to the WC in FIFA? That's what I am wondering. Off-topic but I remember taking Kuwait to the WC in FIFA '98. Carry on.
I had some time this morning, so I went back and got the BPFL sources caught up: Week One: The Guardian, September 8, 2010, "Belize Defence Force opens on right footing in Caribbean Motors Cup Tournament" http://www.guardian.bz/all-crime/23...ht-footing-in-caribbean-motors-cup-tournament Week Two: The Guardian, September 16, 2010, "Belize Defence Force maintains lead in Caribbean Motors Cup Tournament" http://www.guardian.bz/all-sports/2...tains-lead-in-caribbean-motors-cup-tournament Week Three: Channel 5 News - James Adderley, Sports, September 20, 2010, "City Boys United wins 2010 Belize Bank Super League Football title" http://edition.channel5belize.com/archives/38789 Week Four: Channel 5 News - James Adderley, Sports, October 4, 2010, "Sports Monday with James 'Jah Over All' Adderley" http://edition.channel5belize.com/archives/39732 Week Five: Channel 5 News - James Adderley, Sports, October 12, 2010, "James Adderley weekly sports round up scores goal" http://edition.channel5belize.com/archives/40222 Note: Since these game scores are all from sources other that the BPFL, the compiled standings are listed as "unofficial".
