I wonder if the RvP>KJH is wise. Obviously KJH was in front of the goal the best hitter of the 2 in the Orange shirt the last qualifying campaign. But when it comes to football brains in other situations, noticebly when we havenot got the ball, KJH is inferior to RvP.
Again the football brain becomes unimportant when you are a starter & miss multiple easy goals when that is your primary job & you dont win unless you score. Its meaningless if you drop so deep that you create a 4-6-0 creating a lack of Spear Head for the attack. RVP has had his shot. Now its KJH time. And he deserves a fair chance.
It's a friendly against a non top 10 team. Huntelaar will score, just like he scored lots in all qualification rounds. RVP would score too, Huntelaar scores easier and more. Against non top teams. At the Euros or the WC, where it counts, we know that RVP doesn't deliver with the BVM way of playing. That's what we know. All the rest remains to be found out.
I am sorry but its a damn good team IMO & has the potential to be a Top 10 Team. And IMO they have one of the best Defense in the world. Kompany,Vermaelen,Alderweireld,Vertonghen,DVB(Allright for headers). And on the attack side Fellaini,Merterns,Mirallis,De Bruyne,Hazard,Lukaku. Lots of potentially very good players. Its a shame they were not in the Euros. I think they could sneak out a 1-0 win if Oranje takes it too lightly
They have a couple of defenders of top quality, one (Kompany) is arguably the best in the PL. Hazard, Lukaku, Mertens etc. have yet to prove their worth at the big stage. Let's not get blinded by the fact they have some players from EPL and Dutch top clubs.
Still good. I mean I remember the friendlies before the Euros. All those garbage teams against whom Afellay & RVP supposedly ran havoc & scored. North Ireland & what not,all San Marino teams. Belgium is a much improved team. Hazard is pretty much a semi-proven talent,done well twice in Ligue1,Mertens is good,Fellaini is decent. Not saying they are Spain good but Surely a Decent team from the friendly,not those Scrubs I remember before the Euros Bert choose to create a fake self-confidence in the squad.

Sneijder sees the pass to late, then Robben gives a pass that is to hard and VDV wants to make it, gets a yellow for his fail on keeper. Played out very bad.
Willems needs to learn to defend better. His faul on Hazard was clumsy. If that gets in order he will be a beast.
