Having a really bad experience trying to watch the English League One Final on their internet and app versions of Connect.
What do you do when you get the "Sorry, there is already a maximum number of authorized devices" error message when attempting to log-in? I've logged into the beIN app on only 2 devices (an Android phone and tablet) and it happens on both. Wanted to catch the end of Barnsley-Millwall but I can't get it on my laptop either. The 'authorizing TV subscription' message endlessly buffers --- I've tried multiple browsers.
I have received that message in error a few times and just restarted my device along with the app itself. If that doesn't work I recommend signing in online via pc and deleting the devices that are listed as authorized in their settings up top. If all that doesn't work then I have no idea what else to tell you.
IE is the only browser I can get it to work with. If I use Edge, it tells me I'm using Chrome and Chrome is not allowed...
I had the choice screen on IE but when I clicked a channel, nothing happened. Even reloaded Silverlight. Thx, Jay!
I think I've had similar happen as well. There's only way of entering the site that actually works... how that is; I don't remember.
Wanted to watch the League One promotion playoff final today as well. I first tried my iPad, I was able to get the game but when I went to Chromecast it to the TV, it kept throwing me two hours back and I couldn't bring the slider forward to get live on it. So then I fired up my Android tablet, got the "too many devices" error of course, so I went back to the iPad, logged out of it, still couldn't get the Android to go, so I tried going back on the iPad and I couldn't even log back in as hitting "log in" just kept throwing me back to the home page even after I quit and restarted the app. And of course every time I tried to do anything on either device I had to log in with my cable provider - it's as if the app has no memory of your cable login credentials even when you are already signed in with your username. Finally I got the Android tablet to work and to Chromecast it, and by then 15 minutes of the match had passed. I hope they clean up this app by next season as I know I'll be using it a lot more to watch Newcastle in the Championship, but I'm not holding out hope. Guess I'll have to try to get everything going 15 minutes before a match starts.
So they showed the League One final on a streaming channel? I never saw it advertised. No sign of the League Two final on any of the channels though they have no live content today. Disappointing.
Conference USA football TV schedule announced. Happy to report that not a single game starts before 5:30pm ET so there will be no interruptions to soccer programming for beINSports (the only interruptions will be programming snafus by beINSport themselves). http://www.fbschedules.com/2016/06/2016-conference-usa-football-tv-schedule-announced/ SA www.soccertvblog.com
They got FAU vs. FIU. Maybe they could hype it up and have a nice live setup with the kids from Boca Raton and Miami in the background like ESPN Game day.
Can't stand Ray Hudson and his shtick on soccer, but I'd love to hear him call some Conference USA Football if for nothing else than to see college football fans get their torches and pitchforks out.
Are you suggesting there are a lot of "casual" fans of the sport here on BigSoccer because I'm amazed at how many love the guy.
