Cheers for that 5-6 day on demand info. Didn't really know about that and it was one of the reasons I've shied away from the sling offer. Is that within sling or have to be accessed via the beIN app/site?
It's within Sling. If you "favorite" a league or competition once you select a game from it to watch on BeIN it will appear on the home page as your favorite and then you can look up the specific game that way. Or you can go to the guide, select a particular channel from its icon on the far left, and it will pull up that channel's schedule from the previous 4-5 days by scrolling back and you can select what you want to watch from there too.
Before I got cable, I had the Sling World package through my Roku just to get bein, and it was fantastic. The only part I didn't like was that bein was in HD and bein Spanish was in widescreen SD. I thought that was because it came through the provider that way. It also used to have Universal Sports and Willow at one time. Not sure what it has now, but just for bein alone, it was very much worth it.
Would have been nice if they hadn't foisted Andres Cordero & George Metellus on every stinking Ligue 1 match this weekend.
They'll be moving over to torment us on La Liga next week, most of the non-PSG Ligue 1 matches will then be on Connect with the world feed (or no) announcers.
I just became a member for the sole purpose of warning Bein Sports customers on Verizon. I can watch the Bein Sports TV channel on Verizon Fios without any problems. For until 4-5 months ago BeinSports stream was available to me by using the UserID and PW from my Verizon account. I could watch one of the Up to 8 channels available to me. Then the nightmare started. the system keeps given me system error and i can not watch any of the games by streaming. Both Bein Sport and Fios people on the phone were useless. They pretend to play 3 monkeys, who has not seen, not heard or talked about this problem previously. They all appreciate my business and other than providing conflicting answers there is no help. In the mean time my cable provider is no help. Last year Beinsports was not available streaming for non-cable subscriber. I think this season they are also marketing separately. Just beware!!f Bein Sports is not dependable.
Using the mobile app -- stream box -- or browser? Give some more details and maybe we can help a bit.
I tried a Mac, a PC and several phones. The error says "loading error" The Connect allows 5 devises. It also warns me I have too may devises connected. I have non in the list.
I tried to log on through Fios or directly through Connect (streaming utility). I end up the same point which is the Bein Sports web page. I click on one of the games listed on the right. That is as far as I can go.
The problems he's referring to are with Connect. I, too, have had significant problems on every device but my Roku getting to watch anything on Connect, and I, too, am a Verizon Fios and mobile customer. Using my iPad and iPhone gets me the dreaded "Loading error" whenever I try to watch anything on the app. Trying to connect through my Android device is absolutely useless as I can't even login to the app to watch any content. On my Roku, I have no problems, but I can't watch my Roku when I'm on the road. Honestly, I've just given up on the Connect app altogether, and don't even bother watching anything on bein anymore, even if it's something I'm interested in.
As mentioned in the LaLiga thread, LaLiga signed up with BeIN sports through 2024. Looks like they'll be a valid concern going forward for a while.

OK, so that means BeIN channel(s) will survive on USA cable a little while longer. But I wonder if we've seen the last of the old Miami-based Xtra show for worldwide sports news & highlights? There's a new show starting up called Soccer Xtra which seems more narrow in scope. Edit: I just noticed that your link said that Hope Solo has been hired as a pundit, to work alongside JSL. Ugh. I listened to her on BBC radio this summer during the WWC and I found her arrogant, obnoxious, and sometimes full of sh1t. Quelle Surprise!
Yeah looks like they've reimagined the studio shows a bit. And added Hope Solo to a new one. And I don't know if La Liga re-signing means an awful lot in terms of beIN's longterm health. They could pull the plug and sell those rights to another network pretty easily. beIN really needs to get back to the table with Comcast, DirecTV, etc. Unless they're doing well enough via Fubo and other direct to stream outlets.
Another beIN item that I'm not sure has been mentioned upthread is that Conference USA college programming is now gone for good (deal ended, conference signed new one with multiple other partners). Probably good news for fans of televised replays.
They had discussed about the extension of the the United States television rights agreement between La Liga and beIN Sports. The time index was between 29:36-44:27 It was very interesting. I, for one, will miss the days of watching a Getafe-Villareal/North Texas-Southern Miss doubleheader.
