Does this mean every video will have an ad in the beginning that you can't skip?? That's been my experience with dailymotion.
Variety review for the Messi movie: http://variety.com/2014/film/reviews/venice-film-review-messi-1201292498/ Doesn't sound all that.
Real Madrid win court case against Catalan channel TV3 for airing video package that compared players to hyenas the video in question: I guess TV3 is to blame because it is easy to confuse LPB for wild animals sometimes.
Damn! Props to TV3. They even went old school and dug up the wild aggression that the legendary "Quinta del Buitre" inflicted on (that jerk) Lothar Matthäus in the '87 European Cup semifinals! "La Quinta del Buitre": The most overrated group of mocosos in footballing history. Sure, all five helped LPB win five consecutive La Liga titles in the late 80s - actually, all five helped to win just one Liga championship since they got rid of Pardeza after the '87 title - but LPB are all about Big Ears and La Quinta contributed exactly 0 (zero) titles to La Decima. Btw, everyone knows Barca's youth academy is called La Masia. I never knew this but apparently LPB call their youth system La Fábrica. In the Florentino era it's more like La Fabricación.
That spot's been running for awhile. This new one from our overlords sponsors was just released (tweeted by the official FCB account just now):
Not really big news as far as sport is concerned but a loss felt in the world of journalism. Bob Simon died in a car crash Wednesday night in New York, aged 79. Simon was a long time correspondent for the CBS news program '60 Minutes'. I mention it here because two years ago Simon did a feature on FC Barcelona, La Masia and Leo Messi. This was quite a big deal for the club as it brought FCB into the homes of the casual American tv viewer who likely knew next to nothing about soccer/football, let alone Barça. Here's Simon's Barça report that aired in January 2013. And here's is a link to a similar feature on just Messi shown on the pay-cable network Showtime the same week that the Barca feature aired on CBS. (Best video I could find. ) I'm a dedicated viewer of 60 Minutes, rarely miss an episode (especially when the subjects are interesting). R.I.P. Bob Simon
So Grantland is doing another of their silly brackets to determine the all time best "second banana" these brackets tend to be pretty stupid and this one looks like no exception. However, was shocked to see Xavi listed in the very lower left (soon to lose to cats) but still: if you want to read more or even vote here's the article: http://grantland.com/features/second-banana-bracket-introduction/

@0.18 Pique making that thumb going down movement right before the video cuts to a shot of the Qatar Airline plane is not the best work in editing ...

Well this is an underutilized thread but the best place for this silly 14 second video of Montoya scoring a basket with his foot from 50 or more feet:
