what about make a old Wiz logo then flip it over and have the Sporting logo. to make the flip easier after things are painted cut into four pieces.
to expand on it, you could cut the sign/banner into strips that would be each row, then the flip would look very good from a distance as the flip would be short and clean, like how a blind works on your window
Blood? I agree, but make it in the team color. Some blue blood splatters done in the same style the promotional work for the film would be awesome. Just a thought.
Not that I have the art skills to pull it off (I don't) - but how about a head/chest image of Bunbury in US National team jersey with a 'I like that Boon Boo Ree' quote?
Heh -- I am sure they did it because of the massive job creation on their side of the state line more than anything else I feel no desire to thank them, they just did something very sensible in the long term. I doubt the stadium would have happened without the Cerner stuff attached to it.
OK BIG banner idea time One that goes the supporters section long. Background is 3 horizontal stripes sporting blue, indigo, sporting blue a giant sporting logo in the middle On either end the 2000 MLS Cup and the 2004 Open Cup or on the (right side in chronological order) gives us room to add on later as we win more trophies Along the top stripe is a phrase, personally I like. "Amat victoria curam" translated "Victory favors those who take pains"or Aut viam inveniam aut faciam - I will either find a way or make one
Just an FYI, the wall between the Members Stand and the East Stand (below the owner's suite) is going to feature large signage denoting the championships and trophies won by the organization.
Quick mock-up done in paint so ignore the colors, spacing, sizing, and everything but the concept. Lettering can be rainbow, black, or indigo, or whatever really. Not meant to be disrespectful to the current ownership or the rebrand, but a nod to our humble origins. Bright, colorful, and a reminder that we are an original franchise as the league continues to expand.
