Brilliant Orange: tactics and strategies

1. I think it will be interesting to have a seperate thread to discuss and put forward tactics and strategies for the Men in Orange.

Let me kick of:

For some time now I was pro a shift in the line up for the Orange team from our dear and coveted 4-3-3 to a 3-4-3.
This weekend Barcelona did put it in practice against Real Madrid. So I have the support of El Gardia and from an interview also from Messi.

Why did I propose it in the first place?
With most teams scared shit against our guys they never play with a numbre of strikers that validade a four line back row.
With them mostly playing 4-4-2 my proposition also aleviate the numerical disadvantage we have on the mid field.
End 1960th Rinus Michels changed his formation for Ajax after his midfield was overrun by Happels 4-3-3 formation.
It is time to take the same lessons and adapt the system and still keep the blessings of our beloved 4-3-3.

So if we do that..what line up is best suited to that system?

4-3-3.

And who plays 4-4-2 nowadays?
