Maybe it will be one of those desert rivers that floods once every few years, but Precourt doesn't know that because he did no planning in advance and gets washed away.

Soooooo..............will he actually stay at this "Downtown Home" or is this just another investment property for him?

Toxic waste dumps are a good place for stadiums. Better a stadium than housing or parks. You are only at the stadium 20 times a year.
maybe its time to let go of the precourt/MLS shit and focus on the great new situation in Columbus- passionate wealthy, community-engaged owners, a new DT soccer-specific stadium and very driven, growing and passionate supporters groups let austin unfold and hopefully be a successful franchise in their new stadium- hell, there are equally worse MLS owners with existing franchises- the bottom line is- we need all franchises to succeed and establish deeper soccer roots in their cities and across the 2 countries-- wanting austin to fail just seems so counter-productive
I have nothing against Austin and do hope they can succeed, like I hope Nashville and Miami do, just with a different owner. Precourt may be getting out, there was word of local money coming in yesterday, but if AP is the majority owner the black eye on the league remains. He needs to be removed, as does Garber, for this entire charade.
You know, in order for all our favorite teams to win someone needs to lose, so I'm hoping that's the role Austin will play. They'll take the losses so we can all have more success.
It's easy to say "forgive and forget", but when the Austin mayor thanks AP for "the way they were brought her", maybe not so easy after all.

If you search the Travis county auditor website for properties listed with “Precourt” as the owner you get exactly 0 hits. So chances are he doesn’t actually own a house there, just like he never purchased a house in Columbus like he said he was going to.
I love the headline............... Precourt vows to build Austin FC from ground up https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2019/01/16/precourt-austin-highly-motivated-build-club-culture-ground He doesn't have a choice BUT to build it from the ground up............
well, precourt has already shoveled a pile of shit with his wheelings and dealings over the past year, so he's an expert at shoveling- hand him the shovel
Soccer will have never truly made it in this country until we have a team in Alaska, Hawaii, and each of the Dakotas.
