Just a list of Aussies currently playing in decent leagues in Europe, and the minutes played this season.
STICK-OR-TWIST SOCCEROOS * Mat Ryan (Valencia, Spain) Australia's No.1 hasn't played a minute for his La Liga club since August. * Brad Smith (Bournemouth, England) The left-back has made one appearance for the club he joined on a reported four-year $10.5 million deal from Liverpool in July. * Matt Spiranovic (Hangzhou, China) Relegated with Hangzhou, the first-choice Socceroo centre-back will need a new club to avoid playing in the Chinese second division in 2017. * Robbie Kruse (Leverkusen, Germany) Doesn't even make the bench most weeks and yet to feature in the Bundesliga this season for the European Champions League-quality side. * Terry Antonis (Pae Veria, Greece) The fringe Socceroo midfielder is barely getting a look-in at struggling Greek side after an injury-plagued season and needs game-time. * Mark Milligan (Bani Yas, UAE) His Abu Dhabi-based club sits rock-bottom of the table, which could see ambitious owners ring changes. * Ben Halloran (Heidenheim, Germany) The 2014 World Cup attendee is on the outer for his Bundesliga 2 club and hasn't been picked for the Socceroos for over a year. http://theworldgame.sbs.com.au/article/2016/11/28/postecoglou-encourages-out-favour-socceroos-move

Sparta has a rather famous name in the selection, Pogba the brother of ..
Is there anywhere I can find information/learn about Kalik at Hadjuk Split as well as Daniel De Silva at Roda and Reno Piscopo at Inter? I am currently researching Aussie football and would appreciate it. Thanks
There's an app/website called WyScout where you can collect data and watch games from any player in the world. I haven't used it myself as I have to pay for it but I'll be using it in the future. There's a free trial.
Found a rather extensive list of Aussies abroad. Didn't realise there were so many playing in top European countries. Not liking the amount of players in China and weak leagues btw. http://www.ozfootball.net/ark/Abroad/index.html PS. Cool to see Schwarzer's son playing as a goalkeeper in Fulham's youth team.
Knew about that page a while ago. What I'm using to learn about these players. Tom Glover is one I'm interested in.
I mentioned it in the Brad Jones thread, but it seems to get no interest at all. Why? When did an Aussi player get this honour? http://www.fourfourtwo.com.au/news/brad-jones-named-uel-best-group-stage-goalkeeper-444796 Brad Jones named UEL best group stage goalkeeper By Clement Tito Dec 15 2016 12:44PM Forgotten Socceroo goalkeeper Brad Jones has been selected in the UEFA Europa League’s Team of the Group Stage in light of his stellar performances for Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord.
