Besides playing awful, I think that Almiron's system to play with only one DM can not be fit when your guys are either Loaiza or Arias. None of them are good enough to hold the defensive midfield bythemselves while Mac, Aldo or Catellani aren't exactly defensive helpers. So it's either switching to two DM's or finding a calibber player for this position. Yesterday it wasn't our first match when our defense was horrible. But another thing that worried me is that we barely created good chances vs. Patriotas. Now we have Millos, America and Libertadores. They better improve and a lot because with this form we cannot sell nothing.

Another thing: I don't understand why we don't use Campuzano much often. He played few so far but proved that he has a lot of potential. And it's not like our defensive midfielders are something out of this world. I would like to see him today next to Arias, while Vlacho, Mac and Lucumi are in front and Dayro as a lone striker. Almiron needs to use him more often.

So all the foreigners suck? Seems to happen a lot with Nacional as they get them on free transfer

Edit: a quien quiero engañar... MACNELLY ESTA MUERTO!

Felipe Aguilar por ahora viene siendo el mas determinante del partido...

Nacional looked better than last game. THere are still too many errors and our front is still suspect. Vladimir and Dayro should have started.

And yes Vladimir's goal was great, the stadium almost fell off.

Also, great performance by Delgado and Aguilar.. Heliberton is suspect.. VERY suspect, I haven't seen anything from him.

We already used that our LB suck, that every regular LB will be a great improvement.... But I agree, in his two games Delgado showed his potential.

I'm happy for Vlacho. I really like this player since his Junior days and now I'm glad he plays for us. And yes, he should start and so is Dayro, but I believe that Almiron wanted to save them for Tuesday vs. Colo Colo. when he saw that we don't score, he called them.

Helibelton can offer speed and good crosses (yesterday he had two of them) but that's about it. I'm waiting for Zuñiga.

Zuniga?? We all have a heart for the guy but how can you base your club's hopes on Zuniga? Heibelton is horrible....speed is all relative in futbol...what;s the use of being fast if you make the same drive down the lane everytime.

That's the problem, that I wait for Zuñiga. Our RB is exactly like the LB problem. It's either, Zuñiga, Palacios and Bocanegra. Right now none of them are good enough for Copa Libertadores level. So far Helibelton is far from impressing despite his speed. Not good news for us.

Yes indeed. They even placed it in the top 10 goals of the week on ESPN FC (English). And they almost never talk about Colombian soccer.

I think Sampaoli said something recently about wanting to try out 40 players or something like that.
So it makes sense if one of the new players he brings in is another Keeper he has never seen.

I don't think it has anything more to do than that.
