Another final game played between Japan and Iran and another victory by the Iranian team. Iran won the match 6-0 furthur solidifying their rule on Asian futsal.

4 in a row is quite impressive. A dominating 6-0 victory is just as impressive. Iran are Futsal kings of Asia.

I didn't know either, so I did a search on Yahoo!. It is indoor soccer with a smaller. lower bounce ball. It is five on five, and there is no slide tackling allowed. There is no offsides either. It tends to be higher scoring. It sounds intersting. Perhaps soccer can incorporate some of the same things, like no offsides and no contact.

I didn't know what futsal was until around 2 years ago when I saw an article in an Iranian site.

When I first heard about it, it sounded just as exotic as Sepak Takraw.

I saw it on TV a couple of times in the States. Brazil, unsurprisingly, has a strong side. The US team isn't that bad either.

As for Sepak Takraw, I still don't get that one. That one and Kabaddi.
