Based on the positioning that espn sports have been given him, he was moved from CM to RCF. He sat out the european league game when Leverkusen won 4-0, I have no idea why, but ever since then he was moved to RCF instead of the CM, CDF he been playing all along. The return of Ballack has complicated things I think, but seeing how he has been playing lately you can't leave him out. It will be awesome if he learns to play as a forward now. He already can play CB, SW, defensive wings, CDM, CM, and now he's going to play RCF? That's the ultimate console player right there.

Goes to show how talented this guy is. I can see him playing for Chile till his mid 30's as well...his physical condition is top notch. He is on his way to making quite a history with La Roja.

Hopefully he will stay free of injuries.

Yeah wonder how he should play in the national team. He has been the best Chilean player abroad along with Pizarro.
