Saturday 28 October 2017 Ashburton Grove USA “TV”: NBC Gold 10am ET 3 wins in a row! Mon Dieu, how can this be?! Up come the Swans, strugglers in 15th place, who sold away their best offensive players, and whom we should easily dispatch with, right? But I dunno. It’s the mighty Paul Clements in the other dugout. And the mighty Alfie Mawson on the pitch. They could have our number! But the good news is that Wenger says the same squad as we had for Everton is available. And maybe he’ll be smart enough to make no changes, especially with that lethal top-3 of Ozil-Laca-Sanchez. But don’t expect to see Eddie the boy wonder. AW says we’ll show speed and energy from the get go. Pray for that! However, all of that takes a back seat to the BIG issue for this match: USA Gooners cannot watch their beloved club on TV for the first time, in a long long time! (in the EPL) We knew it would be coming, but now we can finally say “Thanks so much NBC!” And will this get us to fork up the $50 for NBC Gold? I kinda doubt it. I figure it’s more likely to just induce most of us to return to those funky days of random pirated streams. (which with any luck may be a better stream quality than I got with our last match on Espn3)
Earlier I said he should stick with the XI from Goodison, but actually I might like to see Xhaka benched. But who'd replace him... Coq? Can he partner with Ramsey effectively? I'm willing to see that tried again.
Maybe. I've heard it's on Roku. But you gotta pay for it just like you might pay for other things like Netflix. Good luck.
I haven't tried to watch any of the gold games in a bar. But I thought I read they weren't allowed to show them?
Maybe someone who is more up on using streams these days, should post a link or two in this thread of places to look if all else fails. Years ago there were websites like Myfooty.org or Myp2p.eu, but I guess those are no good anymore. Someone mentioned a Reddit forum not long ago I recall.
I remember watching this fixture last year with a couple of friends. We all had a stake in this.. .one was a Swansea fan, the other a Gunner, and for me, it was Bob Bradley's "historic" first game lol...
NBC gold? What the hell I will probably watch replay And good sites to watch replay without spoilers?
A bar here is Cleveland streams it on a tablet then hooks up an HDMI to the big screen tv. It sucks, but that's what NBC wants I guess.
In an ironic twist, I finally starting paying for real TV last month for the first time in about 4-5 yrs. no more borrowing log ins or sketchy websites. But now, back to pirate feeds I guess.
https://www.reddit.com/r/soccerstreams/comments/799uqb/1400_gmt_arsenal_vs_swansea_city/ Then the 2nd stream down (Buffstreamz) seems to be working if you choose fullscreen. Along the way my security software blocked a pop-up as dangerous. Crossing fingers!
So all I can say about the game, what little I've seen of it, is that we seem to be bossing possession but zero end product. Sound familiar?? Edit: Well, apparently I tuned in at just the right time. A screw up by Kos(?) which gave Clucas a free shot from the left, which he burried. 0-1. Sound familiar??
Pretty sure it was Kos, but I only caught it out of the corner of my eye, and they haven't shown another replay. p.s. Looks like it's just you & me again today TF.
