Is there really a decision to make here? Given our aggregate lead I would think the prudent strategy would be to field the B-team and rest the stars for the league cup. Agreed, or am I missing something?

Agreed, but I can't help but feel like it's tempting fate and playing with fire.

Yes I would think that a 50/50 mix of kids & vets, at home, should be able to manage a 3-0 lead. That said, what the boss will actually do is generally unknowable. Unless of course he announces it in his presser!

.....and...... a 3 away goal lead at that!!! This should be a piece of cake, even with the starting X lynesjc projected for this leg. I won't miss this one like I did the first one (I didn't know it was a 10:00 am start here on the west coast) as I tried to tune in at around 12:30 and it wasn't on, FS1 was running a NASCAR truck race instead while FS2 had another match on. COYF'n'G!!!

Apparently, I went to my DISH guide to find out that we have been relegated to FS2 at noon, so a heads up for all of you fellow Gooners here. COYF'n'G!!!

This should be (at least by the looks of it) a mere formality for The Gunners but you never know.

Can someone please explain why we're wearing our ugly blue kit at home? And this coming just before the brilliant move to wear all red at Wembley on Sunday. Who the hell decides these things? And do they have an long-term connection with the club?? smh

Our home shirt clashes with both of Ostersunds' "registered" kits, so we're wearing the aways.

Far as I can tell that since Osterund where red/black at home and white on the road the home kit would clash with both. Shirt with the red/black, shorts with the white.

The blue kit strikes again. 3-1 aggregate.

    Again. 3-2.

Chambers was 10 yards behind the rest of the defensive line.

    Are we complete clowns?

Ostersunds outplayed us in first 20 mins and lead 2-0. 2-3 on aggregate. OMFG

Kolasinac, Chambers, and Holding shouldn't be playing first-team games right now. I don't know what the ******** happened to Kolasinac over the past 8 months.

This is absurd. Their away kit is all white. How would our home kit conflict with that? And if UEFA is now hung up on two teams with white shorts, surely Ostersunds could've worn some color of shorts.

Meanwhile... kits are the least of our worries right now.

At least going down 0-2 has caused us to actually start playing... like we're not sleep walking

This is going to be one hell of a tune-up before a cup final. Sigh.

Because our home shirt is 1/3 white as well? That game would be a pain to watch.

When the same things keep happening while one thing remains constant in a sea of change, the cause of those events is probably the constant.

What I'm saying is, Gunnersaurus has to go.

I think we've been taken over by a Wenger doppelganger who has imprisoned the real Wenger in gunnersaurus.

Took us 38 mins to finally get a shot on target. Oy-vay.

    A pain? For whom??

Surely there must be precedents of us playing in our normal red & white kits against all white teams. Real Madrid? Leeds?

    I don't know, me?

The only shot I can find of us against Madrid in all-white with us wearing white shorts is when we had the burgundy O2 shirts that had no white on the sleeves.
