OK, at least there's one thing we seem to be able to rely on...

TV coverage will once again be on TUDN en Espanol (my sources tell me)

Or B/R streaming of course (which I've so far managed to avoid)

Oh boy, this stands to be one red hot MD thread!

Well this game should get some of our more productive players on the pitch.

Hope we win of course and we should easily imo but right now all I care about is beating palace at home on Sunday. Watch Emery play his strong lineup today including Tierney and his typical conservative dross Kola, Sokartis, Luiz, Xhaka on Sunday.

    Of course.

We'll probably see a lot of the players that us different factions of fans have been clamoring for: Tierney, Torreira, etc.

And if the trend continues, this will be more fun-to-watch cup football against "lesser" opponents.

Palace at the weekend may be an entirely different kettle of fish.

    I'm guessing 4-2-3-1

    Laca
    Martinelli - ESR - AMN
    Willock - Lucas
    Tierney - Mustafi - Holding - Hector

That's a young squad again. Sad that I'm so much more excited to see youth instead of our normal first team...

    thanks!

they are more direct this match than anything I saw on Monday. Also, giving up the goal early probably helps this.

With Douzi and Ceballos coming on, are they now not gonna play at the weekend?

Sorry you didn't get a better version of our mid-week cup games. There've been some fun ones. But tonight, at least so far, is NOT one of those.

I started watching late and just caught up to live by ffwd'g a bit. But we looked nervous, error prone, defensively porous, etc, etc. In short awful.

Let's hope we see a big turnaround in 2T. On comes Matteo Guendouzi to save the day? OUT goes the 2 biggest mistake-makers: AMN & Willock.

    COME ON!

Yeah, I woulda bet some money on Ozil being in this game... at least in the squad. Things go from bad to worse with that situation.

Torreira hasn't had a touch at 10. Ozil not in the squad. Fire this fcuking fraud manager into the sun
