+1 for that. I'm with you 150%, except that I never left. ;)

Ozil's up for it tonight! That move he nearly pulled off splitting those 2 defenders. Doesn't get silkier than that.

HT 2-0. Fun half. If we come out and try to sit on (manage) that lead we'd be fools. That last play by them where they had a wide-open sitter and sky'd it into row Z is all the impetus we need to keep going for more goals!

    We should be 5-0 up.

Suppose the folks at Juve would notice if we shipped them Ozil instead? Just a thought.

Ozil has not been good today.

I wasn't watching closely the first 10 mins of 2T. But I noticed they had quite a few dangerous forays/shots. Have we backed off our pressing/intensity? Or was it just a random phase that Napoli owned?

Edit: just as I write tat Ramsey tries to do what he did around the same time in 1T. And then Nacho heads just a bit high. COME ON!

I think this was when Ted was at Brentford, and they scouted the Championship extensively.

He was a scout there? Or working for them? I know they are into analytics

They merged the two, but IIRC he ran the analytics side as a collaboration between Brentford and Midtjylland.

From the readings it seems the side need to pick it up a bit lest they allow Napoli back into the match.

    C'mon, lads! Let's do this!

And then right back down the other end, the miss their second wide-open sitter.

We are INSANE if we don't try really hard to get a 3rd goal.

The finishing in this game is a war crime.

Yeah I had the same reaction. But I guess he's just managing his minutes so that he can play this weekend.

Kola's shown a lot of energy tonight. Jitty can tell us if it's due to EPO. And although he's a one-trick pony with runs down the flank then cutbacks/crosses, he's been reasonably dangerous. Net positive I'd guess.

This ref is calling everything as a foul. No flow to this half at all. 16 fouls for us in total, 5 for Napoli.
