They are only going to Brazil because Europe isn't buying much. But yeah, it sucks to see the balance of power move more and more in Brazil's direction.

Just heard on Fox Sports Radio del Plata... Gabriel Heinze has decided NOT to retire and will play one more year at Newell's.

Also interesting to hear how the "historicos" de Newells- Heinze, Bernardi, and Maxi- all put money out of their own pockets so that certain youngsters like Casco and Vergini stay in the club... Meanwhile, as a River fan, the likes of Saviola, Aimar, and Demichelis couldn't even be bother to show up and make 1 million USD per season much less pay money out of their deep pockets to help retain youngsters like Iturbe or Balanta...

Former River striker and Uruguay international Sebastain "Loco" Abreu has joined Rosario Central after leaving Nacional de Montevideo. I think this will be the 20th different club Abreu has played for. He has a famous mate Gourd with pins of all the escudos of every club he's been on.

Central also signed Carlos "Chino" Luna from River and Castillejos from Barcelona de Ecuador

Interesting moves from Central right before the window ends today at 8 pm Bs As time

Wow, Gio Moreno to Arsenal? If true that's one hell of a move by Godfather's team.
