Appearances and goals statistics of Ajax 1963-1974

Some months ago I received a question and request whether appearances and goals statistics exist of the entire 'Golden Ajax' team (in the October issue of 2013 by 'FourFourTwo' placed at #1 of their greatest club teams of all-time list). It isn't on the internet, apparently. Such statistical overview books exist. Unfortunately, the amount of penalties aren't included in these overviews, like in most statistical books. I know however that Henk Groot, Keizer, Neeskens, Vasovic and Gerrie Mühren were preferred penalty kick takers. As far as club legend Johan Cruyff is concerned, he did not take a single one in competitive games in this period (friendlies and shoot-outs not included).

For this thread I'll use the following book: 'Evert Vermeer - 95 jaar Ajax 1900-1995' (published at the end of 1995). It is essentially a second edition of earlier work in 1990, wherein some errors are corrected and a few uncertainties clarified. It is known to be a reliable reference among Ajax fans and at Ajax fora.

I chose the 1963-64 season as starting point of this statistical overview because in that season Wim Suurbier made his debut, as first of a bunch of new youth players (Cruyff and Hulshoff played in the same youth team). In that same season the other major attacking star, Piet Keizer, caught a major injury and was out for nine months.

For the 1974-75 season they attracted a 'real' goalscoring centre-forward, Ruud Geels. He scored 34 goals in 40 games (the 2nd best scorer for Ajax in 1974-75 was Brokamp with 15 in 33). But Ajax still ended third in the league and the players Keizer (1 goal in 7), Rep (11 in 38), Blankenburg (1 in 37) and Haan (2 in 31) had for their club disappointing seasons and moved to other places in the summer of 1975, or retired from professional football (Keizer).
