Not necessarily MMA. Could be anything from jujutsu to taichi. Just curious. Also my MA practice changed my perspectives on physical movements in general including soccer.
In my younger days, I used to always be in some discipline or another. Now I just work on my physical fitness, so I can play in my sunday leagues
I do TKD, mainly just for fitness these days - competing was fine when I was at uni but it took up too much time.
BJJ and Judo here. I'm too old for the MMA stuff, but I enjoy watching it on a Saturday night at BW3 with some wings and a beer or two. We've got a couple of people from my Dojo competing in a local MMA promotion this weekend here in Nebraska, so that should be interesting.
I boxed most of my life and done some Kenpo as a kid. Over the last decade I've been doing a lot of BJJ and wrestling. It's all to stay in shape mostly, but I do love to spar. Too old to try anything beyond that.
Used to for about a year I found that the psychological diffrence between team and individual sports was a tough transiton. I am also getting older.
