Hi all, sorry about not posting in the ticket question thread, but I think by now noone actually still looks in there. I'm still waiting for UEFA EURO Ticket refunds from overcharge shipping costs - Is this the same for anyone else? I have received email informing me about the start of the pocesss maybe 6 weeks ago, but since then nothing happend. I assume a prob. with my credit card, but not sure. Mailed them several times, but no reply. Does anyone else have the same problem? Maybe we could try to figure something out together.
