I've been trying to find out if there is at least one Antifa/antiracist/LGBT supporter group per association in UEFA? I'm really interested in Hungarian teams because my family came from there. I'm also trying to follow top tier teams if possible. Here is the list of teams I'm following (or at least possibly) at this point.

Greetings from Norway and Vålerenga.
Most clubs in Norway do not mix politics and support . Vålerenga particularly struggled with right far right wing fans in the 80´s and 90`s . The main fan base was called the monkeymountain. The fans and clubs fans had to take grip on the racism after a match against Kongsvinger where the fans threw banas after a coloured player .
Ironic and maybe provocative enough , the new fan base was called "The clan". Gallows humor is much used in Norway . Therefore "the clan" . After this episode Vålerenga and their fans united against racism . But you still see both right wing and left wing on the terraces . This is possible after an agreement to leave politic out from the stands. Our common point is our support to our club and city.
A couple of others (see link)
Croatia - NK Zagreb 041, split from NK Zagreb in 2014
Belarus - Partizan Minsk, club closed 2014
In Brazil there's a big wave of antifascista fan groups at most clubs, after the rise of Bolsonaro. This is from 2017:
