^^^^^ Perfect example of the hack gap. It’s not about Trump being incompetent as president. He’s defending Trump for being incompetent as a criminal. Roman Hruska’s* reanimated corpse is like, sure you want to go there? *https://blawgletter.typepad.com/bbarnett/2007/07/quote-of-the--3.html

I'm not exactly sure when this was first floated as an acceptable theory - but it's dumb, it's run its course, and I am ready to go back to truth mattering more to the press than just whatever someone is willing to say.
Please note: I am NOT advocating for someone punching Richard Spencer in the face. I am not suggesting anyone punch Richard Spencer in the face. I am not hinting that anyone should punch Richard Spencer in the face. Please, if you encounter Richard Spencer and his rather punchable face, say when he is doing a "man on the street interview" (or on CNN, come on, Wolf Blitzer) do not consider punching Richard Spencer in the face. Thank you, carry on.
This was first floated a couple of years after the news divisions of the networks were gobbled up by the entertainment divisions. Having an argument or a scrum or people talking over each other is, apparently, "good for ratings" and gives the news executives (who are almost all older white men, of course) "a little wood," so to speak. Frankly, I wonder if it is good for ratings, considering Rachel Maddow is doing pretty well in the ratings, likely because she is doing essentially an hour long "deep dive" soliloquy into two or three stories each night, punctuated by one or two guests, relevant to the stories du jour. It is why I record her show. and watch a good chunk of it. Oh, wait, she is exactly the same as Hannity. Never mind.
ok, so I have not watched CNN for months now, I watched due to the Virginia and Kentucky election, are they now the impeachment network? Seems like anything not election related is about impeachment, those are the only 2 news they cover.
The network seems to be incapable of walking and chewing gum. They ran 24 hr. coverage of the Malaysian plane crash too....
