I hear these annoying audio files that go: "Go ahead and click on this, I dare you" and "You don't have a pest problem, you have a pest opportunity" when I visit pretty much any BigSoccer page. Please get rid of them.
Apologies - I'm getting it too and it is annoying! I have passed this along. This is not consistent with our advertisment policies and hopefully we can pull soon.
It SUCKS!!! It is audio SPAM and, as far as I can tell, there is no way to turn it off. I can't even see where it might be coming from.
There's a terminex banner ad on the bottom of the page which may be the culprit but I'm not sure. Please get rid of this.

Subscribes. melonbar,make sure your big soccer window is closed.I was multitasking and didn't realize I still was on BS.When I closed the window the sound stopped. Have only had it occur when I'm onsite,but for those who've had this get on their HD,if you could identify the file or process,that might be a help.
Yeah i'm pretty sure it's the Terminix ad, but it does sound off even when there are no Terminix banners on the page. I browse BS with multiple tabs open on my browser, so i get the row-row-row-your-boat thing going with multiple instances of them, and I can't turn off the sound on these computers locked-down at work. It's very annoying and makes browsing this site impossible.
The audio is gone from the "My BigSoccer" page, but there is an ad there replacing it. What's up with that? I thought premium members had no ads.
Sure - I'd be happy to give you more information when we have it. We are waiting to hear back from the company we work with that supplied the ads (and many other ads) on the site. I'll follow up with them if I don't hear back soon.
