A bit unorganized now at the back. One of those crosses there they had 3-4 vs 2 advantage on the other side. Ball almost made it through.
Luis Gustavo is the most underrated player for Brazil. I can't imagine him not in the starting lineup.
It would probably have made me cry if it had happened at some earlier point in the past, with the memories fresher. I'm happy with this team's performance, though I don't see any big long-time answers/signs yet.
I wish it had happened in that 2004 game when Brazil and France used old-school uniforms. Nearly 17 years after the 1998 final, beating France there doesn't mean much. It's nice, but the trauma I got from that game pales to what I felt against Germany. If one day we trounce Germany in their turf, maybe it'll help... even though it probably won't happen in a World Cup final. The team is playing well, so that gives me hope for the Copa America.
Another victory for Brazil in Era Dunga II. We have nothing but victories and this was probably the most convincing one - we faced a tough, talented, and young team and beat them, coming back from behind, in their home stadium. Watch Robinho score at least 2 against Chile. This definitely cheers me up after SPFC lost 0-3 to Palmeiras yesterday (congratulations Celito).
Excellent result, and a great game overall. France tested us both in defense and attack, and we prevailed. Certainly a win to build up confidence for the CA. The name of the game was Willian, he found a lot of space in the second half and brought that creativity we were lacking, IMO.
His subs have been terrible in all 6 games. What the point of these games if others can't get on the pitch for at least 30 minutes. Marcelo must of been on less than a minute.
