Interesting video from The Guardian I thought I would share about Mexican-Americans moving to Mexico to play soccer.
It's an interesting video, but it seemed like they were mixing up topics... Liga MX's rules on domestic players, FIFA rules on moving across borders before 18, the close-to-the-border rule (which Tijuana isn't really taking advantage of -- they still sign Mexican passport holders) and Chivas' "Mexicans-only" rule.
