yea , vikings lions this week and we didn't record an individual preview 4 it. too much shiit went down earlier in the week.
It wasn't much of a preview show so much as a "how much do the Lions suck" show lol. Credit to both of y'all for laying into me over it. I deserved that.
From Jay Gruden at his presser. Holy moly. https://t.co/rn5Vy82CdV— Mike Garafolo (@MikeGarafolo) November 5, 2018 Put a dagger in the season. This team isn't good enough to overcome injuries to the o-line as outlined by yesterday's game and vs Indy. FO didn't address the LG or lack of depth at the guard position in general.
Nah. I didn't even watch the Lions yesterday. As someone who saw every snap of the likes of Caldwell and Schwartz, Patricia's Lions broke me. Unable to run the ball, pass the ball, defend the run, defend the pass, or even get a freaking special teams return without some mook shoving someone in the back. I'll probablty be back next week but man this has been pathetic trash the past three games.
@Mengão86 @Emperor Adriano Do you guys know anything about Pedrinho? BVB has been linked to him; is he any good? He has pretty skills videos but we know how that can go.
Talented, but raw player. Fits the mold of a typical Brazilian winger -- undisciplined, good dribbling ability, inconsistent finishing, etc.
Yes. He will also need to adapt well to Germany and probably add some muscle mass. He's a pretty lightweight player, but he doesn't shy away from contact.
Poor @Emperor Adriano. Kirk gave him the Cousins special. In a big game, he throws two picks, one being a pick 6 and fumbles. Not to mention, most of his throws last night were short.
Oline definitely sucked but Kirk compounds the problem with his way of manipulating the pocket and feeling pressure. Yeah, Shurmur probably disguised that issue better than the Vikings are doing now but Case was better than Kirk in working the pocket and escaping to buy time.
Mike McCarthy: "I need to coach better" https://t.co/BKyZ9Rsv2A— ProFootballTalk (@ProFootballTalk) November 26, 2018 First time I've seen him say that. What he needs to do is join Jay Gruden in the unemployment line at the end of the season. Aaron Rodgers career has basically been wasted away with him coaching....
Based off the timing of your question, does it have anything to do with signing Rueben Foster? I won't go as far as saying it is one of the best, but it has gone from pathetic to a respectable unit. There are still some deficiencies that need to be addressed. We still need a dynamic rusher off the edge and our ILBs are limited -- they can't cover jack and Mason Foster is horrible in space.
We will see if he even hits the field with the suspension looming. I am really curious to get @Emperor Adriano 's take on the move. The one time the Redskins take a risk on someone with character/legal issues and they are being dragged into the mud as if they were a team like the Cowboys or Bengals who constantly bring in those type of players. I almost see why we never take that gamble based off the PR. I also think we get a harsher side of it compared to other teams because we also have the whole name thing as well.
