@Emperor Adriano ouch, you did not hold back when talking about the Lions in your power rankings. Truth hurts.
Alex kept the Cowboys alive with that scramble out of bounds on third down on our final possession. SMH.
A few thoughts as I head back to the US on yesterday’s game: - That game shouldn’t have been close if it weren’t for Jay Gruden and Alex Smith. Jay made poor play calling choices especially down the stretch to close the game. Alex Smith missed several throws that would have extended drives and scored. He also made a boneheaded decision to get out of bounds on our last drive, leaving Dallas with an extra timeout to use. If it weren’t for Jason Garrett helping us out, we would have lost. - The main reason we won other than the help I stated above was the defensive Lind’s effort in the run game. We managed to bottle up Zeke. In prior years, our d line was our weak point and Dallas’ oline is obviously very good, so we were exposed defending the run. This time, we turned the tables on them.
I told you were fine with Kerryon even though Guice may end up being better. I think Lawson was arguing for Michel who has been pretty good for the Pats when he started getting the rock more. If he misses time for the Pats, it will impact their offense.
Yeah you did argue for Kerryon, and you were right. I was skeptical but willing to trust it, and Lawson stated pretty unequivocally that Kerryon would be a bust. I wondered how he felt about it now.
Lions trade for Snacks Harrison! This should help our run defence tremendously. A rare aggressive move from the Lions here; I'm intrigued.
NYG in full fire sale? Thanks for Eli Apple. He'll probably be shutdown here with his other Buckeye alumns.
@Emperor Adriano thanks for letting me on the call-in show. I'm gonna try to get to some more of them in the future, because I love discussing with you guys. I might be a homer man; I might be drinking too much of that Honolulu blue Kool-Aid, but that was fun. Cathartic to get that off my chest on a team I think you guys might be underrating.
Going to have to find some time this weekend to check that out. If you know which minute mark you come on, let me know.
seemed to be physically beaten down to me. I watched the whole game and once Seattle answered that big td pass from stafford you guys had nothing.
Only reason I can see it now is because of the remaining schedule. I still think the Eagles take the division. We play them twice in December. If we do make the playoffs, I'm really hoping for a Kirk vs Skins matchup.
The elements to surprise kind of disappeared yet the Redskins are still doing it. True, I wasn't counting the Eagles out even if they lost in London. Off topic but this Palmeiras run with Felipao is painful to watch. Predicting the Brasileirao might be the only thing tougher than NFL.
.@Redskins #redskins @AdrianPeterson #AD #HOGS2.0 went into the @Giants backyard and took a stranglehold on the NFC EAST. Loving the #Redskjns trenchwarfare and AD Great Combo. #BaldysBreakdown pic.twitter.com/lYMNONR4LA— Brian Baldinger (@BaldyNFL) October 29, 2018
@Emperor Adriano Loved how you laid into Giff for having Josh Gordon at 6. Hey, I'm one of the most dedicated Gordon cheerleaders there is; I have him on both my fantasy teams. And maybe he still has top ten WR talent, but he's gotta prove it like other guys have.
