well i don't think it's finalized, but i also imagine he was going to face more competition at the position there.
Swansea try to pass the ball, so I think this is a good move for Abraham. I was never huge on Tammy going to Newcastle, as they already have two good strikers and I'm doubtful Benitez will play two up top in the Premier League as much. I may well be wrong - we'll see.
Baker scored a penalty for the English U21 side today in their quarterfinal matchup against the host side Poland (3-0 winners). Chalobah stated as well as Abraham up top who won the penalty.
seems chalobah went off injured around half time. debate on whether he'll make the semi final, i think they do have a few days but not sure what the verdict is so far.
England U21 playing Germany in the European semis. Baker, Chalobah, and Abraham start. Tammy just scored to put England up 2-1 in the 50th. Tammy should have won a penalty for Baker late in the first half as well. Ref clearly missed it.
Colkett to Vitesse. Not sure if this has been confirmed but there are pictures of him at their training ground in a Vitesse kit. I like it. He can do well there with his technical ability.
came across this on youtube. pretty great video comparison for Musonda jr. compares him to early ronaldo and it's quite striking. as i've said before, if he can add an end product he'll be a dangerous player.
This probably means nothing but his rating in FIFA is exorbitantly high for a kid whos only seen a tiny amount of actual play. Rated a 76 and is a 5 star skill player. I can't help but feel there is a certain special hype around him.
Miazga back to Vitesse... think it's a smart move for him. He will get playing time as he's familiar with the club and helped them lift a trophy last year. There's also Europa league which will be a good test for him and they will continue to work on him to help him improve his comfortability on ball and distribution. Smart move for him in a year leading up to the World Cup.

About time I brought these back. @chelseayouth used to post here quite a bit. http://thechels.net/2017/08/the-loan-report-august-14-20/
Is there a consensus on this forum about MVG? His loan careers seems to have had a lot of ups and downs, but looks like he has real potential to me
I think he's actually quite good. Stoke City - started well but then Stoke bought Imbula (their record signing at the time) and it limited his opportunities. AC Milan - started slowly but was one of their better players by loan end. PSV - their best or one of their two or three players the last two seasons. His goalscoring record at PSV is really good. He can do a job. He's box to box and does really well going forward.
was weirdly made captain at PSV, but his record there has been pretty incredible. honestly surprised he hasn't been given another shot at chelsea, but his injuries seemed to always be ill-timed. personally, i think he's at least good enough for depth at chelsea. and i do also think he'd be willing to give a season a shot to see if he could break through. i would have to assume the loan was talked about and finalized almost too quickly to realize he could have been used this year.
I'm not convinced by his distribution but he makes up for that with late runs into the box and positioning in the final third. We could really use the goals.
