I'm not an Auxerre fan I'm only rooting for them because they are playing in Europe now and I root for all the French teams to do well there. Seeing Auxerre and Nioe atop League 1 bothers me I'm waiting for Nantes to rise to the top of the standings then I'll be happy. Bastia is a waste I wish they played in Italy.
Sportboy ..... do you think the recent expsansion of the 1st division has watered down the quality of play at all , or are for the idea ? I myself think it has put a fire under the top clubs to start producing a better product.
I don't think the quality of play has gotten worse I didn't like the 20 teams at first but I've gotten used to it now.
